and we were very pleased with the positive response to requests
for assistance with fundraising and event planning.

.GOODBYE OWEN !
We only learnt that Owen and his family leaves the UK for a new life in Australia on Sunday, we thought we had another troop night with Owen and we were going to celebrate his time with us in the usual party way ! Sadly we didn’t have much time to say goodbye tonight but sent Hayley off to buy a goodbye card and two boomerangs for Owen and his brother to practice with ! We have another couple of personalised momento’s to deliver to Owen and his brother before Sunday, but we wish Owen and his family all the best in the future and will help him tie up with a troop in Australia when they settle in. We hope that Owen will keep in touch via the website and let us all know how he gets on.
